Before we get started, I have say, there may be a few that are semi normal. Like Cinna for instance, he has not as elaborate clothing as Effie of corse, but weirder than Katniss(in most cases).

Yeah, that's weird. she even died her dog. poor thing. BUT! with great wealth comes great expectations! I guess... I'd say thats the too deep pink...am I right?
